Do you all take Reta/Tirz primarly for the appetite surpression effect?

Im just wondering if you all take it primarly for surpressing your appetite or also for the "fatburning effect" of it.

Besides the appetite effect, how significant is the fatburning effect of Reta would you say?

Because i not really interested in the appetite part

You are not going to get significant fat burning acceleration from low, non appetite suppressing doses of Reta (or Tirz).

rHGH would be much more effective. But using a non-appetite suppressing low dose of Reta will help reverse insulin resistance from the GH, speeding up fat loss and allowing you to use a higher dose of GH if you wanted to.
 
I don't want full appetite supression from it, but to calm down the post-contest food noise and to stop me from eating above my macros and prepped food. I'm now on 3mg a week of Reta and I think I'll stay here. I'm able to eat my prepped meals, but only just, it's a bit of a struggle and I often forget to eat (my first meal today was 2pm, post workout and I had to make myself eat it).

I will continue with it for the positive effects on bloodwork. My lipids have soon improvement since I've run it, with LDL going down.

For me, I pretty much take it for the appetite suppression. Makes my cutting phases on easy mode. Though I use a low dose otherwise I won’t be able to get in my target calories/macros.

So you would say its not worth it just for fatburning? Im currently on AOD and CJC+GHRP-2

(before you ask why im not on rHGH, im not on any ASS right now and rHGH or to be more accurate the raise in igf-1 brings the risk of unwanted tissue growth. So as i already have a big nose im not willing to risk it growing bigger or at least not without taking ASS and getting the real anabolic effect of HGH, especially because im in my early 20s so yeah growthplates and stuff- mights sound silly, it probably is, but no need to lose my hair AND transform into a rhino)

Basically im interested in some fatbruning (and of course anabolic effect but im not having any illusions about this) to stay/get in shape for/until my next cycle.

The thing is, i am getting hungry, but this isnt really an issue. Even with really low bodyfat during my last cyle it wasnt "that hard" which has to do with the fact that my meds kill my appetite anyways..

So long story short: is it worth it to combine it with my 3x a day CJC no dac+ GHRP-2 and 1,5mg AOD daily?
 
I take Reta or Tirz for the effect on insulin optimization....Insulin is the most powerful hormone in the body....if insulin/insulin receptors works in the right manner everything else works.

All the other peds you might be using, will work better if insulin works the right way in the body.
So 1mg of Reta additional to what i take might be a good idea? Or more?

Depends on what you getting from your current dose...and what your trying to achieve.

My case is that I'm always cutting, always on deficit...if you want to bulk, keep the Reta minimal so that it doesn't interfere that much with your appetite.

There is an infinite array of possibilities: one could try different approach until it finds the ideal plan...could try one week at a certain dose followed by 1 week at lower or higher....even the best doctors will try different plans until they settle .....it's called fingerprint medicine.

Well right now as i said im "in between cycles". Got some personal reasons why im not on ASS right now but as you can imagine.... welll it kinda sucks

Im looking for some fatloss and right now i just want to stay in shape for the summer. Im still acceptable lean (my first line of abs is clearly visible) but i would like to be able to be less strict on my diet.

When im cutting further down as preparation for my next cycle obviously i will take higher dosage of Reta (noo need to make it unneceassary hard) but right now basiaclly i want to stay the same but be able to cheat a little more on my diet. Its summer and i would like to enjoy it, but right now as a "natural" it feels like every beer makes an impact
