I have had doors that I had well leaned against walls pushed at me, Walls pounded on ( I find 3AM seems to be the optimal witching hour so to speak). And if you are ever awoken at that time - HAVE NO DOUBT and look around... Then pull the sheets over yer fucking head when walls start getting knocked on.. Yea that has happened too. We even had a paint scraped jump up out of a bucket and land on the floor to hear it bang a couple of times and then take a 9" scrape... We were passing each other in the kitchen when it happened and my witch wife knew what it was. I was oblivious till she said lets look and I've got pics... That was the same day a door was thrown at me and I remember it was cold and dry like now. SO I HAVE LITTLE DOUBT you have had some interaction considering this weather and first snap of the year...
But there are so many questions.

Resonant energy. Just like a tape recording on magnetic media, EVERY MATTER HAS A FREQUENCY WHICH ENERGY IS IMPARTED TO IT..

I suspect that resonant energy can manifest in people depending on atmostpheric conditions and simple brainwash them into behavior.
THE ONE BIG QUESTION IS THIS. If ET exists and is interacting, then how could the concept of "Ghosts & SPirits" be anything else than him fucking with us. Or us seeing him thru a cloaked vale.? I have a mind to think there can be only ONE or the OTHER pertaining to "Conscious Entities". Consider reptilians appear to look like what we call demons. AND THERE ARE SEVERAL SPECIES OF THEM.. So they say..
** RECENTLY, I have been paying a lot of attention to ET. It turns out the Canadian Minister of Defence (or prior one) has come completely out of the closet on this matter and is publicly proclaiming we are and have been in full interaction with ET for over 60 years dating to HItler. I have watched a few clips on him on you tube describing them. Then last night on an episode of ANCIENT ALIENS, they had some clips of him on there describing the "Greys" as having at least 3 sub-species per say. I have heard them touted as smaller to taller. And not speaking of the Nordics who most likely either guided or combated Hitler. they are supposed to have been residents here the longest. The guy even claims there is a preying mantis type ET that lives right here under the surface of the Earth as has so since the dawn of time.!!!
We are talking a minister of defense who is now proclaiming this publicly...!!!
Check out the video below. Before I go. I have a hypothesis about how to "Cleanse a house". I suspect that if we are talking resonant energy trapped in walls, floors, etc. And possibly even allowing manifesting gateways for alter-energies, that they can be OVER-WRITTEN. And via the production of sound energy from say a stereo. Amplitude (volume) perhaps critical as to how fast it might work.
Keep in mind, audio cassettes never truly erased all the way. But you can Overwrite the shit out of one. I suspect new digital AMP technology may not work, or will work different from a conventional ANALOG AMP (the one with a heavy copper coil). As it will be reproduce human energy. I also wonder if digital media would be worth a shit/ I would think it would take a nice vinyl wheel on a turntable to be accurate. Still digital may even work faster, I have not tried it yet. I am also running some thought process on Faraday cages, EARTH GROUNDING, as well as signal inversion back to original waveform (like estim) in order to best inject, or even short circuit current energies out. EITHER WAY NEGATIVE WAVES ARE NO GOOD..
So what I am suggesting is to put on a Nat King Cole Record when you leave the house, and play it for the house. Let me know if you try it.. It goes without saying that we SHOULD pay attention to our ENTERTAINMENT CHOICES if I am correct. Evil has a face if you look for it... And its everywhere today...
NOTE I think there is a construct of 18 dimensions that does imply that ET and our own Spirit world exist on two different planes. This would go in line with the notion that "God" does supersede ALL OF US...

While the future is most certainly a re-run - IMHO. It is written every day. Timelines shift as matter morphs. Bending SPACE BETWEEN WITH THE CORRECT ENERGY and Relative FREQUENCY is the KEY...
