Does anyone remember Cybergenics

Yes

Bill,

Yep...I remember it. Although the supplements and the "Super Pasta" I spent $500 on weren't worth $h!t, I really liked the workout routine. I still use the little blue book for about 3 months out of the year.

I also tried the cybergenics "Quick Trim" plan where you were supposed to lose 10 pounds in two weeks. Looking back now I realize it was nothing but a way to screw with the water and sodium balance in your body so that you got a temporary hard lean look that caused you to pass out after the big "event" you were trying to get ready for. :-)

Ah....the good old days when Bodybuilders really used AAS to increase their size instead of all the wonderful products that pay them for endorsements. (HAHAHA) I wish I knew back then that all I needed was a couple wonder candy bars and a protein drink in order to look like Ronnie Coleman.

Yeah I Remember That Crap. Wasted A Whole Bunch Of Money On It, Then Realized Juicing Was The Best Way To Go.

Hahahaha, I remember that. Now I look back and think of how lame that shit was. I also remember the Smilax, boron, sarsaparilla, etc. That's funny.

Animal pak! I took that shit during my sophomore to junior summer!

Didnt Smilax have that Gorilla on the front and it was sublingual 'cause it was so strong?

Cybergenetics is what got me into bodybuilding. Those before and after pics, then they brought out Franco Santoriello. Thought that it was amazing that he could look like an average joe then in a few months compete as a pro. Does anyone remember when Sergio was in an advertisement for Weiders Dynamic Life Essience(sp?), that amino product was responsible for his mass. Also those Dynamic Muscle Builder chewable tabs that made Rich Gaspari the man he was. I miss those days where you thought there was some legal supplement that was responsible for the look of the pros, there had to be........ cause the were all natural.

Whew....had me scared there for a minute. :D

The only supplement that got me were those stupid amino tabs...Not because of magazine ads, but due to a big dude I knew who used them. The giant ass neglected to tell me about the ungodly amounts of protein, training/rest, and roids.
