How’s the overall shape coming along? Seeing solid improvements? And if it’s not a secret, what are your current stats looking like?
Personally, I haven’t noticed much difference between doing fasted cardio or not, but GH definitely helps keep the shape tight, even with some diet slip-ups - that’s a huge plus. I’m planning to start a bulk soon, and I’m thinking there’s probably no need to bump up the GH, since at 4iu my IGF is already 700+, which is about twice the recommended range for my age based on your chart.
Since moving to 4iu rHGH from 2mg Tesamorelin, I have a dexa scan and 100+ bio markers worth of lab tests prepaid and ready to go, but I changed some things in my protocol (stopped aromasin, increased Tirz to 20mg) so decided to let those settle down before going in for this next round of tests. I'll post results once I do.
In terms of other rHGH effects, I'm blown away by the tightening and texture of skin on 4iu, as well as old scars nearly disappearing, not an effect I expected to be so dramatic (I've done 2iu rHGH before). On the downside, my skin is oilier than it's been at any time post accutane cycle. rHGH boosts androgen receptors in sebaceous glands as well as muscle. Full disclosure I use a microdose of 5mg Accufine daily for skin collagen rebuilding, and I wonder if there's a synergy with rHGH.
Breathing is vastly improved, deeper than I remember it ever being, even in my 20s.
Also, I started using a Lumen breath analyzer, and 2 months into 4iu I found a strong increase in metabolic flexibility, with a shift to fat metabolism vs carb metabolism. On a scale of 1-5, I went from a 14 hour fast getting me to 2 (mostly fat burning), to a 9 hour fast getting me to 1 ( max fat burning range) in the morning. Handy little tool.
