Just reading the back of the lecithin bottle. It contains soya which is highly estrogenic. Just wondering if it raises levels enough to cause E2 issues.
No. This myth started long ago concerning soy lecithin. Soy lecithin is derived from soy oil which has a miniscule amt. of estrogen-like substances, waaay too low to cause any problems. If you are concerned about it, start using sunflower based lecithin. It also is not loaded with "estrogen."
