Does testing the melting point kill the hormone?

When testing the melting point of hormones, can this sample still be used or is it considered dead?

How well does this test rule out contaminants/other ingredients?

Honestly i don't think too many people know that exact answer...Sure alot will have opinions though.

According to what I see/read it is used to test the purity of a product so I would imagine it is pretty accurate. I'm saving up for a melting point apperatus right now. That way I can test every batch of every product i receive. Certainly much more accurate than labmax. Also, the actual product used would be so minimal that it wouldn't be necessary to try and salvage.

Why even try? You use very little. That shit is trash, on any substance. The peace of mind and accurate dosing is worth waaaayyy more than the loss.

On the theoretical, I don't have a right or wrong answer for you. Most other drugs, especially in salt form, once melting point is achieved, product degradation comes on quick. As far as esterified hormones, I can't tell you.

Just scrape up the scale discrepancy. No Chinaman is shipping you a perfect kilo man. Or ten grams. Christ, you could almost scrape a corner out to run MP with a real setup.

I'm more concerned with part 2. Can you get an idea of "other ingredients" watching the melting rates?

What sense is testing raws ? Its not too much manufacturers of raws in China. 90% of sources there are re-sellers. All of them want a bussines, there is no reason to dilute powder. They are not cocaine dealers...
Anyway, which substance could be confused in raws ?

Melting point test will not affect the final product.

It can be somewhat helpful in determining impurities bc a truly organic substance usually will melt sighing a 2 deg range. Anything outside of this will usually be due to impurities or inaccuracy in temp readings.

This

Plus the mg or so you put in the capillary tube isn't worth the trouble of trying to save.
