Maybe I wasnt clear but I was already doing these things with the 5x5.Not implying that this type training is better than others or the best . I just like the fact that if I can get my partner to shut up and lift, we can be in and out fairly fast. In a perfect world I guess I would have as much time as I wanted to lift but the reality is I have two kids and they're a little more important . Dont mean to get off topic just explaining why I like DC style training. Like I posted before though, I am thinking about going back to 5x5 to see if my joints feel any better.Grizzly said:You think this might be the major reason for your gains?
