Doing bloods before going on tirzepatide?

A friend of mine wants to get on tirz soon, do you think she should do some bloodwork before? Full blood count, iron, tsh? Anything else? Did you experience any changes in bloods after going on tirzepatide?

If she has never gotten blood work done for all the important health markers then it's a good idea for her to get it even if she's not going to take Tirz. I started doing a full panel once a year a long time ago, well before taking any AAS or peptides and I'm very glad I did because now I have a good baseline spanning years of being natural.

It is possible to become iron and b vitamin deficient from tirz. There may be other deficiencies that are possible which I'm unaware of. I think deficiencies can be avoided if you are very smart about your diet because you will be eating less food so you need to make sure what you eat is a high quality and hits all your macros and nutrient needs.
