Hey brothers Joe here 40 5'10 318...been off last 8 months due to some medical issues, everything is good to go start back tomorrow. i love to compete bodybuilding state shows powerlifting won states nationals 275 308 and shw classes...tore my alnar nerve and three months later had to have my galbladder out.....also been off gear this whole 8 months should have done trt but i didnt...

gear: test 400 ts eod (its a six blend of test) bio tech
eq 900 a wk
mk 677 25 mg
tren ace 75mg eod (last 8 weeks)
dbol 50 mg first 4 weeks

diet: meal 1: 6 whole eggs plus 2 whites
5 oz bison meat
2 packs cream of wheat or low sugar oatmeal

meal 2: 3 scoops UMP
2 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
1 tub blueberry greek yougurt

meal 3: 6 oz chicken
1 cup jasmine rice
1 cup black beans
1 orange or any fruit

meal 4: same as meal 2 (no yogurt)
handful of almonds

postwork out: 1.5 scoops musclue provider
2 scoops ultra size
3/4 cup of cream of rice
1 green apple

meal 5: 8 oz sirlon (twice a week 8 oz salmon)
1.5 cups jas rice
1 cup green beans
1 apple (non work out days)

meal 6: 1,5 cups cottage cheese
1/2 can pineapple

supps: digestive enzymes,liver pills,mass aminos,boron,multi vit,joint formula,bcaa s,glutamine,fiber supp,turaine,creatine,collegen peptides,zma

training will be basic for start and go from there....training starts today

How did the first day of training go?

What is your goal? You mentioned powerlifting and bodybuilding competition. So what are you training for now?
