Dosage question...

Im still a noob to all of this...if i were to buy some Test E and it was 250mg/per ml, and i needed 400mg a week how would i administer the product? i mean how would i break it up to 400mg twice a week? Would i go 3/4 mil (mon), 3/4 mil (thurs)? and by breaking up a full mil would that be still effective?

Simple,,just make it 500mg per wk and you'll be set. Do 1cc twice per wk.
 
Yeah, wtf would you want to do 400 for?!?!!? :D

just go with 500mg per week (Monday and then Thrusday Injections)... 500mg is a good starting point... even though its not what I did :rolleyes: I still think its a good starting point.

Im 5'8", 175 lbs, i have a medium base right now, i have trained in the past, and now im getting back into training again, so i was going to stock up now, get things together and train, then in the middle of october start the cycle...Im 34 btw...

How long have you been back into training for?


If you haven't trained for 3 years and now you've been back into it for say a few months, I wouldn't recommend any AAS as of yet.

I'd say slug it out hard in the gym for the next year, get your diet in order and then think about hitting a cycle.

175lbs @ 5"8, IMO, you've still got some natural growing to do.

175 at 5'8" and your worried about steroids....

ok...last year i kinda took it easy, 1 full year, 2 yrs ago i was in shape i was lifting and jogging 3 miles every other day and my diet was strictly protien shakes, fish, chicken breast, a steak once a week or so, and veggies, along with vits, and pro hormones (1-AD) well, i lost weight fast i got down to 160lbs and that kina scared me but i was also gaining muscle and it showed lots of people noticed and i felt great, but i had a bad side effect, i also smoked pot on a regular bassis and drank beer every other day...so i checked myself into a rehab for close to 3 months then when i got out of rehab stayed clean for a year, now my work is about to start back up again (seasonal) im a window cleaner, and i want to get back into shape. When i did the pro hormones it gave me the edge i was looking for and i know test e will help alot, but i dont want to start the cycle untill im back up to where i was at 160lbs mabey a little longer, there was nothing like the feeling of transforming myself into a better looking and feeling person, people noticed, and regular daily activites that use to take a strain on me now came with ease. I miss that. I dont plan on jumping right to the cycle, i will get back into shape first. The reason i would like to stock up now is these boards are very active now, i would hate to miss out on stocking up, due to something happening in the future, you know? Soi thats my story....oh....no more beer and drugs btw :)

has been known to increase estrogen and will just make you plain lazy
anyways. I know I will hear a lot of back fire from this post but I know
damn well from experience so you better be ready for a serious debate.

I'm a year and 2 weeks clean :), i know for a fact from first hand that some strains of weed make you real lazy, plus the fact that your blood becomes toxic from its by products since it takes so long to leave your body, i think it stays in the system for a month or so...i smoked weed for 17 yrs everyday, no lie, there may have been 2 months that went by where i didnt, but other than that...every day...no bs, and i can tell you being off it, i feel much better, i feel i have more controll over my life. So when you say "Marijuana is not good when using AAS if you smoke regulary" i agree...

gov. Arnold smokes pot lol , nothin wrong with gettin stoned after a hard workout and devouring food
