Many times I train 2 large muscle groups in same workout. I do this alot when I'm off cycle to spark more testosterone production. Either legs and chest, back and legs, or chest and back (my favorite), but you get the idea...:)

I'll sometimes do 3 supersets for chest/back;

bench press / bent over rows
chest fly / reverse fly
pushup (or dips) / pull ups

Romanian Deads are good for a back/leg workout;

Anybody have some similar routines they do from time to time or on a steady basis?
