SpyAgent will literally do exactly what you want it to do.
It captures every keystroke, all AIM, MSN, Yahoo chat conversations, every website visited, all applications launched, anything copied to the clipboard, takes screenshots at certain time intervals (whatever you set), and can be turned on or off either manually or by setting what times you want it to monitor.
It has a very easy to use interface and is undetectable if installed in stealth mode.
You can have all these logs emailed to any address, every 30 minutes, or whatever you set.
Also if you have an FTP server, you can have all the same stuff sent, plus the AIM conversations which are viewable in a web page that has the complete conversation, color, timestamp and all.

I have on installed on my computer, came in handy ALOT!!! It is called spector. It takes photos of everything that is done on the computer and you can have it installed so that u r the only one that knows it is there..when I got it the price was about 69 bucks...the web site is www.spector.com.
spy agent will also install a tricky trojan when you remove it. its an open server one, where port scans can pick it up and other hackers can use it to install there own trojans on your system. i suggest getting anti trojan sheild to remove the motherfuckers, and youll need to do it twice to make sure everythings gone. you have to reboot in between tests BTW. i have spy agent and perfect keylogger.

I used a key logger on my ex. It took months, but the name finally came up. If you are suspicious, go for it. I used perfect keylogger light. If she knows much about computers, that one might not work well for you.
