Been listening to him for a few months ...
Some take away points.

- inject daily
- testosterone is only used to drive up estrogen
- estrogen is the main driver for igf-1 production

- health igf-1 range for trt fellas (like myself ) is 300

What do you guys think of his ideas?

From a health perspective he's probably onto something but from a competitive bodybuilding aspect I think he falls flat on his protocols.

Hmmm everything he says can be considered true, however he misses the boat on so many issues and waves paper in your face. Funny how he touts his mandatory protocol and doesn’t grasp basic “bodybuilding” concepts. Runs his protocol for 2 years and he even says he gained zero muscle. Totally is ignorant to right tool for the right job concept. Don’t mean to sound like a hater. But I think he needs to check his other medication and slow down on the video games. Bodybuilding is not a paper game and every compound is and can be a vital tool to someone’s success. Remember everyone is different. No cookie cutter programs work for everyone. An open mind will win more shows then what sounds good and looked good on paper. Hope I made some sense

entertainment not education

please don't walk away from any of these podcasts thinking you learned something valuable

if you consider doing anything they say, absolutely definitely double check it with other sources and look for counter opinions bc they often cherry pick

Be a judge for yourself he talks big game, but shows up like a fat wet towel when he competes. Picture from his last competition, he's lucky there are no back shots.

Pitty, he thought 450mg mast per day along with low test would put some muscle tissue but apparently he manages to look worse and smaller year by year. I think in that contest he was 40lbs below his weight cap or smt.

Sad thing is if you see him in old photos you would say he has a nice structure and good potential. I can't really get how he screwed things that much and ended up looking like a 60yo saggy bloated t-rex in just a few years.

I'm pretty positive if he had hired a good coach and followed basic rules now he'd look 10 times better. 9/10 times regarding bodybuilding, the less you know the more you can achieve. You only need the right guidance, strong will and consistency. Unless you're John Jewett haha.

@Eddie. Yes, a doctor that understands pharmacology (and basic body function) better than 99.999% of people is the worst choice.
This is what why I'm asking. I mean the man's credentials are outstanding and compared to the typical "gym bro" I talk to at the gym...he has the education, experience, results to back up his theories.
