So, for my cycles, this is the daily dosage (for 80 days straight):
- 100mg of Test-E (700mg/week)
- 20mg of Trest-A (140mg/week)
- 10iu of Humalog pre-workout
- Pre/Intra-shake for insulin => 12g of Glutamines, 18g of BCAA, 10g of Creatine)
- 4iu of HGH before bed
- 40mg of Dianabol daily, from day 20 to 45 (strength gains will trigger hypertrophy, and I wait for day 20 to ensure the Test-E has fully kicked in)
Ancillaries:
- 500mg of Metformin for every 50g of carbs (only for meals after workouts because it makes me flat, and at least 5 hours after Humalog injection)
- 5mg of Ezetimibe
- Nebivolol/Telmisartan as needed to keep resting HR and BP in range
- 0.5mg of Dutasteride
- 10-15mg of Progesterone before bed
- Topical 5% Minoxidil (one spray on the front hairline, fixed my McDonald's "M")
- Exemestane (as needed)
- Melanotan II (100mcg daily to maintain tan)
Supplements (year-round, regardless of cycle or cruise):
- Probiotics
- Vitamin D + MK7
- Vitamin B12 (intramuscular)
- 1g NAC (intramuscular, as it’s absorbed 7x more than orally)
- 3g L-Carnitine (intramuscular)
- Multivitamins
- 25-35mg Iron
Cruise:
- 15mg of Test-E (105mg/week) (SubQ)
- 2mg of Trest-A (14mg/week) (SubQ)
- 10-15mg of Progesterone before bed
- 0.5mg of Dutasteride
- 5mg of Ezetimibe
- Topical 5% Minoxidil (one spray on the front hairline)
