E2 Estradiol is to low.

I am doing 150 mgs. of Depo T shots every week and now as of last Fri added Hcg 500 IU's 3x's a week. In the last 2 months I have been able to exercise again walking 45 min's a day and working in the yard. My last Test my E2 was less then 20 and I stopped taking my Indolplex/DIM one pill a day. My morning wood came back after 3 days so I went back on the Indolplex/DIM but one half a pill. I have been back on it 5 days and lost my morning wood again. In the last 5 weeks I have lost 13.5 lbs. Could it be possible that getting exercise and losing weight my E2 is not as big problem anymore.

Highly unlikely, IMO.

Too many variables here to know what's going on for sure. For example, we don't know how responsive you are to the HCG. If you're responsive to HCG, your T and E2 are probably way too high given the dosages you're taking.

Well right now I am too low on my E2 but it is to soon to tell on the hcg I have only done 2 500 IU shots last Fri the yesterday. Tomorrow I do the hcg and get a shot 150 mg. of Depo T. So if I start going to high I will feel it. I stopped taking one half of a pill of Indolplex/DIM today. I am right now to low.

Less bodyfat and probably more importantly switching from a transdermal to injections are both factors that I think you might be able to attribute your lower E2 levels.

Yes not taking anything my libido and morning wood are comming back. I think my E2 is not as big a problem doing TRT this way.

I lost more weight when I weighted in today 4.5 more lbs so in six weeks I am down 18 lbs. I have never lost weight like this and I am eating a lot every thing Weight Watchers says I can have and the extra food I can have. Something has changed in my body going from the gels to shots every week and now adding Hcg last Fri. My Dr. said my E2 would go up but that is not the case and he said I will hold a lot of water going on hcg. Not so I am down 4.5 more lbs. I am feeling so good it has been a long road but I feel I am there now.

Glad to hear you are doing so well. It is true that the hCG tends to raise estradiol, although now that I think about it, I don't know (or can't remember) why.

Interesting that you say that. I particularly appreciate THE WAY you said it.

I've heard the claim that HCG produces more E2 (more than what, you ask? presumably more than traditional forms of TRT), but haven't yet found any reliable reason why. In fact, virtually everyone who passes on this claim, states it sort of the way you did.

In the absense of a scientific explanation, I suspect that the claim comes from the massive HCG overdoses that endos have used in the past and continue to use to this day dispite overwhelming evidence of its wastefulness and distructiveness. I mean, my E2 would be way over the top if I shot 5,000 IU at one time, don't you think?

So, the rumor perpetuates...

I can tell by the way I feel my E2 is not going way up like it did when I was on the Gel and shots together. Just doing the shots every week and adding the Hcg I am having less probelms with E2.
