None. Aspirin doesnt improve the effects of ephedrine + caffeine. Plus it can do some serious damage to your stomach if you take it over extended periods of time.kenneth said:25mg ephedrine, 200mg caffeine, ??? aspirin? how much aspirin should you be taking when you put together your own ECA stack? Thanks.

Exactly.Grizzly said:You're correct beefy, but the theory behind the usage of aspirin is stronger than the actuality of the aspirin. Scientific studies have shown no better results with the aspirin than without.
For dosing purposes, I prefer to use caffeine tablets. Who knows the caffeine concentration in tea, and it is highly variable anyway.kenneth said:thanks for the confirmation on that. Do you guys think that green tea is just as good a source for the caffeine as those typically used in an ECA stack? I'm currently using Ephedrine HCI and green tea for the caffeine.. last time I took an ECA, it was still legal OTC.. I always went with xenadrine, that seemed to work better than what I am doing now and I'm wondering if it's due to the caffeine choice. Thanks for any feedback.
