Effective safe cycle??

Hi guys,
I'm new to this and want to run this stack by you before attempting it. My primary concern is safety so I was most interested by this stack from Nelson Montanna. Has anyone tried this? Opinions would be welcome.


Week One:
25 mgs of D-bol every day. Spread out to 4 daily doses.
He suggest that if you are sensitive to gyno to use 30mgs of Oxandrolone instead of D-bol

Day 1: Sustanon 250.
Day 2: 100mgs Primo
Day 3: 100 mgs Primo.
Day 5: 100 mgs Primo.
Day 7: 100 mgs Primo.

Week Two:
30 mgs of Oxandrolone every day.

Day 8: 200 mgs Testosterone cypionate or enanthate
Day 10: 100 mgs Primo
Day 12: 100 mgs Primo
Day 14: 100 mgs Primo

Week Three:
20 mgs of oral Winstrol every day. Take last dose of Winstrol no later than 6.00 P.M.

Day15: 100 mgs Primo
Day 16: 100 mgs Primo
Day 18: 100 mgs Primo
Day 21: 100 mgs of Primo

For the following week, take one 25 mg Proviron tablet each morning along with 1000mgs of Avena Sativa 3 times a day.

According to Nelson Montann, this is one of the safrest cycles you can do given the short timeframe that will give solid long term results.

Doing the figures it seems pretty expensive because of the Primo but I don't mind paying the extra cash to maximise safe gains.

Is this stack worth trying? He does say that first timers should have the dosages... would this still be effective at providing any gains??

I know you guys are sick to death hearing newbies asking about safety but when all else fails you only have your health. If anyone has a safer yet effective cylce I would be happy to hear about it.

ive never done a cycle that short...gains will be little.why are you changing compounds all over the place?you change orals 3 times and test 2 time.thats a very screwy cycle.who did you say made that up?

Got out of "Bottomline Bodybuilding", the guy says it is a safe one that wont make huge gains but will put on a few solid pounds. He reckons the D-Bol kicks it off but follos the Bill Roberts idea of short three week cycles to avoid supression and any chances of getting gyno. Havent got a clue about AAS myself so I was wondering if it was any good...

that cycle i believe will shut you down.you would be better off i think to just do a real 10-12 weeker.

I'm not even going to get into the particulars of that cycle but speaking only to the issue of long term results... the only way a 3 week cycle will give long term results is if you run 4 of them, in 4 months.

Definitely way too short, and the way you switch gear you'll likely screw up your system more than sticking to a few the whole way through, with a good oral to kick start. But, fortunately, you are in the right place. The guys (and gals :O) here can give you great, professional advise. I've learned volumes of great advise.

There is barely any logic applied to that cycle. I would be curious to see Nelson's reasoning behind any of that. Please provide us with your stats, training and aas history, age etc. so that we might set you on a better course of action. Like you said, that cycle is fairly pricey and it will yield unimpressive results.

Weeks 1-12
500mgs test
400-600mgs EQ
arimidex .5 EOD
post cycle 40mgs nolvadex ED x 3weeks

Takes a few weeks to kick in but with no orals sides are minmal while gains are substantial. You will be pleased with this bro.

Thats exactly what I was thinking, Max Rep. You would have to string at least 3 or 4 of those cycles together to get any appreciable gains.

Grim, with this cycle, does Montana say that you do this 3 week cycle, then take 2 weeks off, then repeat a few times?
 
Thanks for the feedback guys. To answer the last question, there is no mention of how often to repeat the cycle. He just says "the longer you stay off the more solid the gains".

The real problem is trying to find cycle information that is not refuted elsewhere. Here are my stats, hopefully some of you guys can suggest something.

Age: 30
Years training: 5
AAS experience: none
Height: 6ft 3 inches
Weight: 202 lb
Metabolism: very high = hardgainer
Motivation: not looking for a hardcore bodybuilder physique, just want to be more muscular in appearance.

I did use prohormones (VPX Paradecea stacked with Decavar) a few years back and got nothing to show for it but BPH. I never had this complaint with any other prohormones but also never got any significant gains either.

Heres what I am looking for!
The safest cycle around that will add solid gains of about 10 - 15 lb.
I'd prefer not to be a pin cushion but if stickies ar ethe only way then so be it. I would also like to add something that protects the prostate just incase I am prone to BPH.

Okay that helps. Here is what I would suggest. You want 10-15 keepable pounds. Try running Test enanthate for 10-12 weeks at 400-500 mgs per week divided into two weekly shots say mon. and thurs. That's right, I said shots. If there is a halfway decent oral only cycle out there, I have yet to see it. Besides if you can't figure out how to properly inject this stuff a couple of times a week you probably shouldn't be taking any aas anyway. Also add .5 of arimidex per day to keep water retention and man boobs at bay. You willl have to research proper PCT on your own as that is only fair. But once you have researched it come back and post and we will help you tweak it. As long as you watch your diet and train right, you will gain a retainable 10-15 lbs. Good luck doing that with that thing you posted up top. Also ckeck out the diets in the nutrition section and the HST training in the training forum. Put it all together and you are there. Good luck.
 
What kinda calories do you consume per day? And, how much protien per day? You have to remember to keep your calories and protien super high while on the gear.
