is there any difference in nutritional value between hard boiled eggs and scrambled egg whites? what about a difference in digesting?
thank you

i'm talking about hardboiled egg whites and egg whites scrambled? any difference in nutritional value or is one easier to digest than the other?

No I wouldn't think so. If you were drink liquid egg whites the digestion would be faster, but other than that I don't think there would be a difference. However, if you were to add cheese and other shit to the scrambled eggs, that may change the speed.

Why is that?

nothing to be ashamed of. Ronnie Coleman struggles every morning and night with his scrambled egg! Damn I found that funny watching him try to eat it and then onto the 3x10 rows of pills.

Well, if the cheese has fat in it, that would be the reason. Fat slows the absorption of everything. If you can find fat-free cheese, you could use that for taste. I think most dairy products are casein based as well, which would slow down the rate of absorption. But without fat on top of the extremely fast-digesting nature of egg-whites, you can put some cheese on there. But feel free with other topings such as vegetables, which are great any time of the day. Throw in some green peppers, diced onions and tomatoes, and even some salsa for an egg-white western-type omelet (note: if you're nearing a contest, the salsa may not be a good idea because of the soduim).

Healthy breakfast can fun and festive, haha.
