Depends on what src you use , unless ur going into a pharmacy there and buying it in person in that case it's very unlikely.... If ur buying it from a src it's gunna depend on the src you use. But it's unlikely also depends on what brand u decide to buy. Some are more faked then others. U have a few things u can use to help identify there legit one is using the itts mobile app every box of medicine in turkey and Iran started doing it as well has its own unquie serial code/number along with a qr code u can scan and check to make sure it product and the numbers all check out correctly... Like if u buy let's say two boxes of Bayer rimobolan on the box's there will be a qr code but also a(21) with a bunch of numbers after that's ur serial code for that box no two boxes should have the same number of they do there fake, another thing is the leaflets alot of time they use super thick computer paper the leaflet should be a super thin paper.... And if u wanna take it to another level u can always send a amp or a small perfume vial and have the tablet or oil tested and u'll know exactly what u got... As long as u use a good src u shouldn't have to much to worry about... There is also other certain things to look for but that depends on the specific product ur trying to buy
