Elbow pain treatment

Question for everyone, how do you treat your elbow pain any advice or recommendations?

I’ve had elbow pain now for the longest time I stopped training tricep and lowered my pressing movements for an extended period. I have now introduced tricep training and the elbow pain is now constant unlike before that it was only while I trained triceps or did pressing movements. It’s getting worse and I am thinking of running BPC. Any recommendations on dosing and timing? Also any other suggestions would help. I am also stretching and using massage gun.

This is very interesting, as I've also been having elbow pain (so-called "tennis elbow") in my right elbow since last year -- my only exercises are lifting.

My pain is exclusively on the right elbow, and biceps fascia, and the treatments and OT/PT so far have been unsuccessful. It really makes training biceps a chore.

Ice seems to help a little bit, OTC painkillers don't seem to help much. The Band-it forearm band helps a little.

If anyone has additional recommendations, they'd be very welcome, thanks.

I currently have tennis elbow in my left arm. Last year I had a right forearm injury due to overuse from a compound fracture of my left radius and ulna the year before that.

This means I have tried quite a lot of physio, pain medication, bands and alternative treatments in the area, sadly.

For the current tennis elbow I have taken BPC & TB for 4 weeks whilst on about 90% rest for the arm from training however it is still used in daily life and at work, there is only slight improvement in pain reduction as yet and I'm not sure that it has improved any faster than it would have without the injections so I am currently changing tactics and will be wearing an elbow compression sleeve with forearm band and will start taking nsaids regularly for a couple of weeks with more of an effort to rest the arm before starting some light extension/flexion work assuming progress continues.

Sadly, it seems that time and rest are the only real way forwards. I definitely won't ignore the first niggles after getting rid of it if it starts to rear it's head again on the future!

Thanks for sharing how much bpc an tb are you using?

I have some experience with this and the only thing that helped me after have elbow tendinitis for 6 months was to take time off and barley train for like 4 months. Then when it finally goes away I have to take care and warm up my arms every upper body day with cable machines. And also use this horse joint medicine every upper body day before I workout. For me it’s about taking care of the elbows to keep it away. IMG_1187.png

Bpc and time off worked wonders for me. That and I eliminated skull crushers from my routine. They put a lot of strain on my elbows ...

Tricep press down with v bar
Dumbbell overhead tricep extension
Machine dips

This is all I do for my triceps otherwise tennis elbow will flare up
