Elevated Liver Values

I’ve had mildly elevated liver values for a few years. They aren’t really increasing, but they’ve been consistently elevated. It’s possible the years of pills and liquor from my days of active addiction are to blame. I’ve had long periods of sobriety (5 years, 11 years, and now almost 1 year) and the liver values haven’t really changed whether I was sober or not. I’ve also had three back surgeries and I took large amounts of ibuprofen or acetaminophen in those months leading up to the surgeries.

I’ve been on TRT for years and I’m planning my first cycle of test and mast in a few weeks after my 6 month TRT bloodwork. A few questions:
-has anyone else experienced consistently high liver values?
-is it possible that lifting is causing these elevated levels? I’ve read that muscle damage can raise liver values. Maybe I’m just being hopeful?
-should I be concerned about the mast raising liver values? I’m planning on doing about 600mg test and 400mg mast for 12 weeks.

I’m 41, not overweight, training for 10 years. Here are my AST and ALT values for the past year. Any other levels that would be useful to see?

5/3/19
AST 60
ALT 63
1/3/20
AST 44
ALT 42
These lower values were during a period when my training was very minimal.

6/8/20
AST 60
ALT 57

I'm no doctor at all. But some people are predisposed to having liver problems. Considering your past you may be one. Other things besides liver failure can show on these tests. Kidney stress can cause raised values as well. Since you are predisposed to liver problems you should be running a liver and organ defender all the time anyway and avoid orals.

Run NAC
Milk thistle
GLUTATHIONE
Omegas 5gm a day

5% Liver and Organ is legit. I add in additional milk thistle and Glutathione. All AAS are flying to cause mild organ stress. So be careful. I wouldn't worry about test and Mast stressing out your liver, but can stress your kidneys and prostate.

With my very limited knowledge I wouldnt worry to much. All the things we do stress out organs. And everything we put in our bodies effects these numbers. Caffeine, ibprofen, aas, everything. So the moral of the story is keep this in mind when you put anything in your body. You may ne playing with fire. So think about this when you have 3 scoops of pre workout, or eat an 800mg ibuprofen, or when you skip dr. Rinking glasses of water and grab soda. Be diligent. Take the supps I suggested and check again in a month.

Also consider how you feel. If your feeling fatigued or shitty in general this could mean something.

I drink close to 2 gallons a day. I work from home, so getting up to drink water is something I do at least 2/hour. It gives me a chance to move and ensures I get enough water.
Considering the levels haven’t been rising, I haven’t been too concerned. Other than the values, I have absolutely no symptoms of true liver issues.
Thank you all for your input.

Mild elevation is considered in the 2 to 3 times higher than normal range. I've been having frequent bloodwork done lately and I've noticed my ALT and AST fluctuate quite a bit and for me I'm finding that hydration definitely has an affect on where my levels land ( along with my creatinine and EGFR values). Sounds like hydration is not an issue for you though. A funny thing is, my infectious disease doctor freaks out whenever my ALT and AST levels creep out of the normal range ,whereas my GP sees no issue and told me that ALT and AST values alone are a poor indicator of liver function.
