Anyone have experience with EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation)? From what I've heard it's really only effective for rehabbing certain injuries.
Anyone?

come on bro - the shit made a good infomercial but last time I checked none of the current pro's were using it.

It was orig invented for muscle injuries, not sure if they even brought it to market to well for that.
