Enhanced TRT with low dose NPP/Deca and Mast

Joined MesoRX back in 2006 as an avid weight lifter, fascinated with all things human physiology, and wanted to learn more about AAS. I even subscribed to the late Dan Duchaine’s “Dirty Dieting” newsletter, for context.

I remained a natty, turned my love for human physiology and nutrition into a career, but over the past twenty years, got married, had kids, focused on business and life, and progressively got fatter, less muscular, and more metabolically unhealthy.

Now at 52, I’m back. Started reta for its weight loss and metabolic effects, and self-prescribed 100mg testosterone cypionate per week, so as not to lose the little muscle I had left while trying to lose weight.

After eight weeks:
  • Total T (LC/MS): 1007 ng.dL
  • T F+W bound: 367 ng/dL
  • E2, sensitive: 31.6 pg/mL
  • SHBG: 29 nmol/L
I added to hCG 250mg EOD, and HGH 2IU every night. Four months later, I couldn’t be happier with everything overall – fat loss, muscle gain, strength increase, etc.

In a few weeks, I'm planning on doing an enhanced TRT, adding in ultra low doses of Deca and Mast, each 50mg per week, testing in 4-6 weeks, then upping everything to 150/75/75 depending on how things go. On, and maybe Var, 20mg per day for part of the time. (I landed back here, researching the idea of different ligands binding to the same receptor and synergizing a bit, all impacting the receptor a little differently.)

At those doses, clearly I’m in no hurry and figure if all goes well, I’ll be able to maintain this schedule for a while and if not, I’ll just stick with test and HGH.

It's great to be back.

this sounds like a patient, well thought-out approach.
I might be trying something similar when I get to my BF% goal… following with much interest.
Good luck out there

Not recommending this as an addition but just as an fyi, Anadrol doesn’t bind to the androgen receptor so it stacks well with pretty much everything else (which does bind to the AR). Anavar is more popular for sprinkling in to regimens but Anadrol’s
Toxicity is greatly exaggerated especially at low dosages and not being used everyday. I find Anavar wonderful but mostly for aesthetics. Anadrol is a different animal. And all the stuff about bloating and water retention is a misnomer if you’re dieting / not eating garbage.

Good luck!

I very much appreciate that, @RockyP

I came back to the game just as you did, slightly younger. My dosages have increased a bit but mostly still out of experimentation. I’ve gotten very lean and am trying to figure out what I can handle while keeping health parameters in check. And I did mis-speak a bit. Anavar definitely isn’t purely for aesthetics. I like it as a preworkout for extra neural drive but I personally use Anadrol for this purpose and just prefer it a little more. I’m eagerly waiting for the weather to warm up to break out the Anavar again. Nothing changes my look faster than Anavar. If you’re lean when you take it you will literally see changes after the first dosage.
