Fellas,
I am about to start taking an ECA stack. I have asthma but have not had a severe attack in 2 years. My last attack, I was hospitalized for 2 weeks and was on an oxygen mask the most of the time. been attack free because i was on some strong meds. i stopped taken my meds about 1 year ago and i am still attack free.
I have taken ephedra before when it was legal in xenadrine and i responded pretty well to it. what should i do to montior the safety issues for me? my wife is a critical care nurse, so she can check my bp (and give me my shots of AAS)! what else, if any signs or tests do i need to keep me in check!
