Ephedrine cycle for Muay Thai

Halo guys.
I train in Muay Thai and do a lot of cardio work. I am about to cycle with Ephedrine for the first time because I have heard in the past that anabolic steroids are not good for muay thai because it makes you put on weight and lose stamina. I have heard good stuff about EPH helping you lose weight whilst giving you speed, endurance and alertness, and that is exactly what you need before a muay thai fight. I know ephedrine is nothing to do with anabolic steroids but thought someone would know about this stuff. I am going to take EPH with Nitrix (bsn), cod liver oil and multivitamins. Can anyone recommend a good cycle, dose and also anything else I need to know e.g. How long does it take till you feel the effects? How long should I cycle it for a fight? Is it okay to take it by itself unlike most people who take it with caffeine? Thank You

First, I would find out if Ephedra is legal for your sport (I believe it's illegal in most drug tested sports). I would hope you would not even post this thread until you found that out. So, I'll assume it's legal.

Second, Androgenic Anabolic Steroids (AAS) react differently with each individual. Not all AAS are the same, some are for gaining weight, some are for hardening, some for cutting. Stay away from AAS because you don't know anything about them. Good job there.

Third, do some research online. IMO, you're more likely to find out good info on Ephedrine used for "Muay Thai" on a different board than this one (i.e. mmaforum.com, mmaplayground.com, sherdog.net, etc.). Most of these boards will have a "diet/supplementation" section for you to use the "search" tool in. That's honestly your best bet.

If I were an MMA fighter, I would want to get advice from other people who successfully fought as well. Bodybuilders and MMA guys have 2 completely different goals in mind.

O ya, never take advice from anyone who weighs the same as you, they'll just try to sell you some "Hybrid" bullshit. At least that's what I hear.

Cheers
