EQ... 2 VS 3 shots a week?

I heard 3 times a week is better but will it make a huge difference at twice a week? I just hate the thought of being a pin cusion agian. I 'm gonna run 400mgs (maybe 500mgs) a week so I'm either going to do...

Monday= 200mgs

Thursday= 100mgs

Saturday = 100mgs

OR

Monday= 200mgs

Saturday = 200mgs

Which option will I get better gians.

Neither will give better gains. The halflife of EQ is so damn long that 1) shooting 3x/wk is far from necessary, and the different between 2 and 3x/wk is super minimal.

In all honesty, you could shoot EQ 1x/wk and will still get the same results as with 3x/wk. Personally, I would just split the EQ dose and shoot it 2x.

only reason i can see for shooting 3x a week would be to help cut the pain of some prop. other than that no benefit.

i shoot ED cause im taking tren and prop ED anyway so i through it in there as a cutter for the pain. but i dont think it makes a difference if you only shoot it 2x or 3x week

why shoot cyp more than 1 time week?


??? shooting sest 2 times a week has an advantage doesnt it -- because of the short haslf life 1 or 2 of the 4 test blend -- to keep levels more even or do you bros think 1 time a week is cool for sest as well and that stuff about the short acting portion is bullshit--

i dont really know how short the short acting part of the sest is (maybe 3 days-guess!) does anyone know?

do you mean sust? if so you need to shoot it EOD as in every other day it is not bullshit about the short actin tests at all you need to keep you blood levels as stable as posible for max results almost all vets on this board shoot sust(sustanon) EOD and i would also shoot cyp 2x week as well even tho it is long ester to keep blood levels more stable and in higher concentration i would shoot any long ester test 2x week

Shooting EQ 2X per week is probably sufficient. However I do it 3X per week for a few reasons- the main one being that I would rather spread out 750 mg of Enanthate over 3 weekly injections versus 2.

why are you using 900mg of eq ? 400-600 wk is more than enough
or are you shooting 100mg 3xwk = 300mg.........11
