Espn without cable?

Anybody know how to watch Espn without cable?..I have the espn app on Xbox live but they still want a cable provider access code...any thoughts would be much appreciated.

Cant think of any possible way considering you need a provider for all viewing apps.

This also works for the NBC sports live extra app. If you're into nfl, Patriots / Ravens play on Saturday and can be viewed through this app.
