No. There is no 'safe' source. You are buying illegal drugs over the internet from strangers. Do your research. Read every thread in this subforum, and then get back to us.

There is literally a thread a few threads below this called 'european pharmaceuticals' and a few below that there is 'pharmasource eu' and you claim you cant find a single european source. Cmon kid, get in the game.
