QUESTION:
Was approx 6 mLs taken from the SAME vial and 1-2 mLs sent out to 3 different labs....
It seems you are including info (Batch no and concentration mg/mL) with each sample sent (sending an entire vial)
If you are sending same sample to compare labs testing method and results......it would be best to send each sample in 2 mL vials unlabeled
(A blind sample to each lab for comparison)

Please realize that these analysis are not ultra precisely accurate (they are more than good enough for our purposes but NOT perfect); remember, HPLC depends upon reference standard solutions and of course there are other factor that can contribute to error.
For instance, different results may be reported for the same exact sample (user error, environmental factors and conditions, standard quality, calibration etc, all may have an influence on the reported results).
