Ever tried PHUL?

I've been reading a bit about PHUL training. Basically a 4 day routine, 2 days of strength training and 2 days of mass building. Anyone ever tried it? I don't like that it's only 4days/wk.
I just switched from a 5 day body part split to PPL for the summer but I'm not 100% sold on it. I really liked the body part specific but I've been doing it for 6months and was getting tired of it.

@Xlgx ever tried PHAT? Like it? I'm shopping around for something I can get behind for the next 4 months or so. I'm going switch back to my split this fall.
 
I am currently running PHAT. Its my go to program. I used GVT and adv GVT for my winter bulk. But I really like every thing about PHAT. I get to do heavy shit on Sat and Sun and weekdays tues-thurs I do BB style hypertrophy training. Best of both world.
