whats up guys how is going?!?

A little bit about me.

I am currently training with a simple goal of looking better. My first obsession was powerlifting, after a slight injury to my back i changed my focus to simply work on my aesthetics (my PL attitude was eat everything and get stronger). Leaning out was a great experience for me as I had a whole lot to learn about nutrition. Currently I am just trying to continue lower the body fat while keeping as much muscle and strength as possible. To be honest, I am here with the main focus of learning about gear and sources, hard times for someone new to the game. I know everyone says put in your time and do your reading so I am going to try to do that, any advice along the way is greatly appreciated.
