Exercise before blood work

Have a comprehensive blood test soon and the instructions are not to exercise in the two days prior. I usually workout everyday, so it seems to me like not exercising will give LESS accurate results because I’m almost never in a situation where I haven’t exercised for two full days. Thoughts?

AST/ALT levels are elevated (outside reference range) in response to intense physical activity for some people. They quickly return to normal after a couple days exercise abstinence.

The no+exercise recommendation is probably just to make it easier to rule out any underlying liver problems.

There may be other parameters that are affected but none immediately come to mind.

Yes, and if you're measuring the CK Value (Creatin Kinase) it is also elevated the next day after workout.

Creatine kinase is an enzyme that's found in your skeletal muscle, heart muscle and bra.

Just for your Information:

I did Bloodwork yesterday, I was 2 days off training before and my ASAT is still double as normal and my ALAT even 3 times, so I take a rest now this week, like a complete Deload Week, that's why Bloodwork is also important for me, it prevents me from "over Training" on gear, CK Value (Muscle Damage) is also still very high.
