Got it today, started at 20mcg, this stuff is strong lol.
My question is, does having sides and shakes at 20mcg yield the same results in terms of fat loss and muscle hardening as compared to 100mcg for example? Are you supposed to try to ramp up to 80-120mcg as quick (and safely) as possible or will you have the fat burning effects long as you experience the sides?
My understanding was that 20mcg works just as well as 100mcg, it just means that at 100mcg you need more to have it work because you're becoming resistant.
