Got it today, started at 20mcg, this stuff is strong lol.

My question is, does having sides and shakes at 20mcg yield the same results in terms of fat loss and muscle hardening as compared to 100mcg for example? Are you supposed to try to ramp up to 80-120mcg as quick (and safely) as possible or will you have the fat burning effects long as you experience the sides?

My understanding was that 20mcg works just as well as 100mcg, it just means that at 100mcg you need more to have it work because you're becoming resistant.

Don't be so quick to jump up to higher doses. Hope your diet is in order.

Thanks for the reply mate, I started with 20 because I didn't know how sensitive I'd be and the charts I see say to start on 40 or to go to 40 the next day. I was just curious whether the fat burning properties are the same regardless of whether you take 20mcg or 100mcg long as your body temp goes up.

My diet is currently 2200 calories, 190g protein, my basal metabolic rate is 2700. 5 meals, 40g protein each meal.

If you continue to feel the shakes from 20mcg and you notice your temp staying high then don't go up to the next dose until you notice a decline in shakes and/or body temp. I remember when 2.5mg of albuterol gave me the shakes, eventually I got used to that. So I bumped it up to 5mg and stayed at that dose for a long time before I increased my frequency, not my dosage amount, until I noticed a decline. Then I went up to 7.5mg. Once I got used to that I amount I knew my receptors needed a rest and I stopped using. Clen is a whole different beast than albuterol though, if you get results from lower dosages then stay low.
 
I'm thinking of making an order on there clen I've seen very mixed reviews what are everyone's thoughts on extreme peptides an if anyone has a domestic for Astralean pm me. no shills
 
I just finished up some clen and t3 from extreme and they were great. I've had good luck with extreme. Another member said they got an ai and some nolva if not mistaken and it was severely underdosed. I got legit adex from them also in the past. I guess it's still hit or miss, but everyone I know says their clen is top notch.
 
I grabbed some of their clen for my ex. She just told me she had to drop it after 2 months cause she couldn't sleep or eat and was tired of walking around feeling like a crack head. Sounds like a good review to me.
