Factors that decrease AAS effectiveness?

I’m a little curious if there is any environmental or biological factors that could affect AAS absorption/effectiveness. If so what are some lifestyle choices you can make to get the most out of your AAS usage.

getting enough quality sleep, eating enough micro, macronutrients and antioxidants, lower stress/cortisol/oxidative stress, good cardiovascular health, thats what pops up first in my mind. Basically being healthy and having an effective working body.

Outside of that theres theoretical things like carnitine that is said to upregulate androgen receptor density.

That’s what I was already kind of thinking. Being in good metabolic health seems like a no brainer. Im curious if there are any hormones that might inhibit absorption.

Blocking aromatase. E2 is essential to androgen receptors activation.

Melatonin also downregulates androgen receptors.

Being surrounded by plastic EDC that occupy both androgen and estrogen receptors.

That's it. All other bro advice about cardio and sleep are missing your point about making hormones effective, you weren't asking about general health advice.

Do you have more information on melatonin down regulating androgen receptors? That's not something I've heard before
