Failed first time but want another shot at the title!

hey all, as Izzy Mandelbaum would say, "It's go time". Being in my 50's I've always worried about warnings from the media and tv/etc about the dangers and such of steroids. After realizing it's alotta bull..decided to finally give myself some help with my strength/looks etc. Being on hrt made me realize that things weren't as bad as they've been portrayed. And now I feel like a real jerk for some of the stupid comments I've made in my lifetime lol...

Let's see...Oh yea! I don't want to do steroids cuz my unit will shrink lol. I won't do them cuz I don't want to hurt anyone. " " " " cuz I don't want to get brain cancer....omg!

Looking forward to...I don't know, maybe getting something with actual t in it this time, lol. Wasn't from this place but another. I didn't see the warning thread/post until too late.
I can't say without a doubt that what arrived was not actually t, but let's just say someone didn't wake me up much at all those first five weeks. Felt like shit or poopy as someone's phone said lol.

I don't have proof. So with that.. I cannot name names as it wouldn't be right. But I gave up on the idea of being able to finally do a cycle for the first time in my life this summer. Got a total of four weeks at pharm grade at 400 of t cyp. Not long enough to see any results. Summer's not totally a bust though as I can go keto for 3 weeks and look svelt lol. Beach bod is not my thing as I want more mass. Never big enough because I have a condition, (small Itus) lol. Five nine and around 245 atm. If i could just do something with the face lol....Double paper bag is right!
The mela 2 is great though. Just gotta use a small amount each time so no nausea and..color's great.

Ever since I started dc training I've been able to put on decent size and even had people drive by in their cars and yell "steroids!" in which I'd yell back, Thank You!" As to me that's a compliment lol. So when I started with the so called "cycle" I was into the fifth week of what was gonna be ten and thought well the strength gains are just as good as dc training.. so I thought,"well doing dc training is like being on steroids" lol.
It would've been even better I'm sure if what I was doing was legit. Reason I had to stop was that I had it planned to be off at least 4 weeks til doc app. for my trt. Two weeks of nothing then just the usual dosage the last two weeks. Now as far as me being one of those people who are giving trt a bad rep..I wouldn't let that happen. As far as I'm concerned, I would've been on this most of my life if things go as I hope and believe they could with the assistance. Hoping to find out. Looking forward to having another shot at the title is all. I hope this and/or any of my posts help someone out there! I like this community. Oh and btw for total transparency, I'm Jimpaul from DC's forum. Hopefully will make some new friends....

I love DC and all he's done for me and everyone else! and his training tips ain't bad either lol. jk. So do you have a shoulder issue or do you mean "before" it could've gotten injured? You must know about the broomstick/long stick Dislocator movement for shoulder injuries? I bought a long stick that is rounded from Lowe's (called a dow or something).

Can't tell you how many people have shoulder issues from either benching or heavy oh pressing and how that movement helped them..Most end up with more flexability than they had previously lol.
 
Yes sir, that's right! I do the shoulder stretch too, it's helped a great deal. Feels great to do, at least.

Had a recurring dislocation way back when, eventually went under the knife, but the mobility exercises + avoiding flat barbell has gone a long way. Shoulders are stronger than ever.
 
Sweet..if there's anything you may not be totally sure about when it comes to dc training, let me know and if I can help ya I will. If not I will try and go to the source lol.
 
I got really good at pinning my delts back during chest press movements...which helped my chest growth. I have pretty wide clavicles and lousy delt development. I agree with Dante and Dave Tate in that bench presses as they are typically done, mostly affect shoulders and triceps. So now I keep my shoulders forward on shoulder pressing movements which seem to help. Warning...anytime you decide to "change" something in your form be careful and use lighter weights to start. You may not realize how strong your shoulders actually were during your benching, etc.
 
Things weren't in the cards I guess as I've hurt my back lol. Wasn't working stomach, which makes my back do more work..I know better. Wasn't wearing the weight belt either (rookie move).

Adjusted myself on a long pulley movement (dumbass move). It was an extra 40 pounds from the time I did this exercise before which would have been ok if I didn't squirm around in stretched position. I hate to keep saying live and learn cuz I don't lol.

Also wasn't doing my stretches as much as I should have. So I am babying things now. Guess it's a wasted summer. Oh well hope everyone is wearing weight belts and being careful.
