Yes, they are fake.

One of my customers emailed them to me, because somebody was pushing "tested gear" onto him and emailed him these reports as a confirmation that the products sold are of high quality.

That's all I know.

when someone obscures the verification code in the lab reports, it is almost always fake, modified with photoshop.
excellent idea to put different verification code on each lab report

Yes that should help weed out the fakes. @janoshik do you have a way for anyone to verify if any posted report is authentic such as a site to enter the verification code on the posted report to say yes or no?

That's all I know.

I can imagine how many fake reports are out there from different labs. Thats great there is a verification code unlike many others. These things are so easy to photoshop but bot verification code since its database driven. Great move!

Not a very smart dude I can tell you where he works and what city he lives in just from the email and brand name. Really hope he is not putting it out there

According to the report it say manufacture: Militarry Pharma DE, if thats what you mean. Which I never heard of them.
