Fat Burning OR Cardio workout

Hi folks,

Every Time I jump on one of these machines for aerobics workout, says check one of these programs... Fat burning and cardio. Here I got confused.

Am a bodybuilder I wanna maintain my muscles and burn some fat during my aerobic day. So which one shall I do fat burning or cardio??. And what is the different between the two ??.

Fat burning for 45-60 mins or just leave it on manual (try to keep your heart rate at 65%-70% of your max heart rate)

ok.. this mean i dont have to go to cardio ,i guess that may slow down the muscle gain...
