Fat Loss

Alright guys, I need some help. I used to play D-line in high school, came to college and kept on working out, but my metabolism shut down. Add that with the amount of beer I drank my first 2 years and you get the point. I've done all the dieting, and still am, along with A LOT of cardio. Right now I'm taking in about 1800 cals, usually under 100g of carbs a day, and doing 15 miles on the bike, and another 3 miles running a day. Problem was, I didn't see any result, and yes I cut out the beer too. I tried cutting the diet a little more, couldn't do it though, felt too fatigued and didn't have the energy to work out. Then I went on clen, saw a little bit of a result (about 8 pounds) doing 3 weeks on 2 off 2 on 2 off 2 on. I need to find a way to get my metabolism up and shed some pounds. I'm 6' 230-233lbs and I'm trying to get down to about 205-210. I need a cycle to focus on cardio first, and then I want to get back up to about 220 or so after that on some bulking cycles. Have any advice? I really appreciate it in advance.

Begin a weight training program if you aren't on one already. Try a 4-5 day a week split, and in the morning on an empty stomach, do 45min of low intensity cardio. Do this everyday except leg days. Keep your protein high through protein shakes, chicken breasts, etc. If you want to use a stimulant, use Thermorexin or an Ephedrine/Caffeine stack, but only when you feel you have stagnated. But weight lifting is a must as it will build muscle, create significant increases in anabolic hormones, and help burn fat at the same time. Good luck.

I have been doing weight training along with my cardio. MWF are my chest, tri's, and back days, TThSat are my calves, quads, hammies, bi's and shoulder days. Tried the protein shakes, but seem to add more fat and not lean muscle, but if you have one to suggest then I'll give it a try. Forgot to mention I grabbed a bottle of Aderol (don't laugh) 20 mg for the ephedrine after the clen cycle, it didnt' help either unfortunately. Definately going to try the 45 min light cardio on empty stomach though. Thanks for the advice and I'm definately open to anyone elses as well, the more the better.

Could you post your M/N breakdown of your diet ? i had the same trouble many yrs back and it turned out my fat intake was WAY too low. If you dont have a M/N breakdown to post, try adding in 2 tbls spoons of flax oil or some MCT's and see what happens..
Although i hate doing it, i gotta agree with Novice on his point, read the bros post fellas...You answered questions he wasnt asking.

if you want a cutting cycle just do a good ole' tren 75mg/ED, winny 50-100mg/ED for 6 weeks. Run cytomel for the whole 6 weeks, tapering up and down, and run clen for the first two, and the last two. Use ECA in the 2 between.

before you start this cycle however, do a 2 week period where all you do is work out, do cardio, and eat very cleanly, and do all this with no fat burners or adderal either, this will allow your receptors to return to normal and let the clen work to its fullest.

As far as diet, I would recommend

1.5g/LB protein
no more than 50g carbs ED (consume 90% of these postworkout)
80g healthy fats ED

also u r overtraining on that split

even when you are on cycle, I wouldnt recomend hitting each bodypart more than twice a week, once a week is actually fine during a cutter

as for cardio, 45-60 min every morning on an empty stomach, you can also add another 30 minutes after your workout, make sure your heart rate gets up to minimum 70%
