Fatgripz

Such a dick lmao okay it's not THAT hard, but it's different. Put a belt on and a 45lb plate for cyrin out loud lol

At first I read your reply and I was like "see! this guy gets it!" lol

Wow, a belt and a 45 would be rough, but it'd have to make your forearms grow gripping that!!

I bought a pair of these and was looking forward the variety they would bring to my routine. I battle what is commonly known as tennis elbow, not to be confused with golfers elbow. After a week of using them pain returned to my elbow. Initially, I didn't blame the fat gripz. However, after a few more times to the gym I saw how they were aggravating the issue. I have given up the fat gripz for now.

Thanks, I have similar issues, don't want them to return. The curse is that my elbow issues cap some really good exercises - deadlifts, farmer's walks, pullups, reverse curls - these tend to aggravate the elbows. It's much better now after my PRP treatments, but I can still notice that I have lingering issues after the above workouts. Hoping that I'll eventually be able to train through it. Guess I'll pass on the Fat Gripz then.

I really liked my fat grips and was using them alot with curling movements. After a couple months i was doing preacher and strained my inner elbow real good. Come to find out through research after the fact that fat grips can set u up for injury like that. Really limited my curling routines. Only use them for static holds and light deadlift work
