What's your 2 cents on the plate loaded seated row machine like this one? It's for my homegym. I still do seated cable rows in addition on another machineAny row or pulldown (specifically one arm) where the cue is elbow “down” not “back” and then single cable pullovers

Do you use the neutral grip part or wide grip?Not who you tagged but I love that machine
That machine is just fine. For lats you want to set it at a height that lets you drive your elbow low “into your pocket” and grip the neutral handle probably slightly underhanded.What's your 2 cents on the plate loaded seated row machine like this one?
