Favourite Protein Sources

Gotta go with the eggs Eazy. So many different ways to make them, and you can add in most anything to them and make an omelette. I get a break at 10:00 every day at work, I usually bring in 3 eggs with a little bit of shredded cheese, microwave quick and it’s a fast/ easy to eat 20 grams of the best protein there is.
 
Fage Greek yogurt is good. I mix it with chocolate protein powder and some blueberries. Also shrimp is easy to put down and lots of protein.

My favorite though is ahi tuna steaks. Seared for 1 minute on each side.
