FDA inspects packs from China?

China order containing r*ws.

Pack opened, containers inside opened. Stealth sort of sucked this time.

Package was taped back up with a different tape.

Pack sat in US customs for three weeks.

FDA in big letters was written on outside of package.

Obviously it was inspected, the question is why the fuck did they send it and not seize?

It has what I ordered, none of it was replaced with something else.

Contents were repackaged stored at another location off property, all packaging was destroyed and discarded at another location.

Anyone else have FDA inspected packs sent with what should have been a seizure?

I’ve had an FDA seizure letter before.. Happened 2-3 years ago.

It may have been because of the type of stealth used (which obviously we won’t talk about publicly).

I will say this, the stealth wasn't so hot this time, it was actually kind of sloppy.

Human / machine error resulting in their testing equipment not id'ing your products or option 2 they left them through and they are now watching for further shipments ( again human error perhaps as they forgot to repack / reseal it properly).

Either way I'd play it safe and use a new addy next time.

Depending on what it was and what the feds are interested in, I highly doubt they would just send on a package filled with illegal substances. If you are 100% sure they searched it and that wasn’t some kind of stealth ploy by some genius to make it seem like the package had already been seized and searched, then I would be VERY careful. Ordering raws and ordering gear are two separate things in their eyes. One is for the end-user and the other is meant for a distributor. They like distributors, those are the “big fish” the assholes try to fry. Just be careful and don’t order to that same address again. Just my .02
