Feedback on my diet prior/during tested cycle

Hey bros, prepping for my upcoming 2nd cycle, will be running
test e 600mg a week split pins weeks 1-12
Aromasin 12.5mg weeks 1-17
Clomid weeks 14-17 (50,50,25,25)
Nolvodex weeks 14-17 (40,40,20,20)

My current stats are 70inches, 209lbs, 17%bf, 25YO

My diet will be at a 3,200 calories per day with the goal of gaining quality muscle and size

My split will be 50%protein, 30%carbs, 20%fats

Start my day with a bit of cardio and followed by 1st meal:

Meal1(0745): 2 scoops whey protein w 10oz of water

Meal2(0900): 10egg whites, whole grain bagel

Meal 3(11am): 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 banana, 1 scoop whey protein 6oz water, 1oz whole raw almonds

Meal4(1pm): 1 1/2 cups cooked brown rice, 1/2 avocado, 12oz boiled chicken breast

Meal 5(3:30pm): 1 1/2 cups cooked brown rice, 8oz 93% lean ground turkey

Workout after work(5pm-615+20 min cardio)

Post workout meal:

Meal 6(730pm): 1 cup reduced sodium black beans, 12oz boiled chicken breast, 2 scoops whey protein 10oz water

Workout split:

Monday's: chest/cardio
Tuesday's: back/cardio
Wensdays: off
Thursday: shoulders/traps
Friday's: legs to include calfs
Saturday: arms/cardio
Sunday: off
 
I would add a 1000 more calories ,,,at least 500.then 500 more in 2-3 weeks in.i didn't see any red meat in there,,oats? Yams? More veggies,,green ones.

I'm gonna bump up to 4000 cals
And at week 4, add another 500, how's that sound?
As for the red meat, I do need to add some, I'm gonna replace my current meal 5 with top sirloin and sweet potatoes
Add a cup of oatmeal into breakfast for oats
As for the green veggies, there's veggies with every main meal I just forgot to put it on there lol a cup of mixed veggies with meals 3-6

Once I adjust I'll post my new plan

You calorie intake matters about your tdee. I dont have to eat a lot of calories to maintain. Or it doesnt feel like it. So start weighing yourself everyday. If you are gaining to fast lower cals. To slow or losing up cals. Thats basically that.

What is protein in grams, carbs and fats. I dont feel like doing math to figure it out.

When I read "1ozwhole raw almonds" I'm thinking that there's too much unnecessary detail. Make sure to eat 2 pounds of meat a day, 16oz chicken is pretty easy split between dinner 1 and dinner 2. More red meat.
Your diet sounds great. 50-30-20 is great, some weeks you might want to run 40-40-20 if your low on energy. At 17% fat you might want to cut the last 4 weeks of your cycle. I'm the same bf% and cutting at end of my cycle.
