Feeder Workouts

ive decided I'm going to do a feeder workout for my reardelts every night before bed. I'm in Thailand next week so I'm doing them when I get there also. Has anyone had any experience with these? If so did they worked well for you?
 
Amazing. had to stop because I got a tattoo. But am doing them again next week. They are hard as fuck, to get to the 100 rep point. So I usually do 50-70.
 
Lateral raises and rear delts. Switched to biceps, hammer curl and regular curls so my tat can heal. I need lighter weights. ?Now back to shoulders.
 
I wanted to buy into the feeder workout theory but from my personal experience its bullshit. Train your biceps every night and take a picture of them. Then take about a week off and train them and take another picture. Mine will look much fuller and larger after the time off. This is just my opinion though based on my own experience. I tried those type of workouts and they seriously did jack shit for me.
 
I have tried it and its working well for me. However, Demondosage is right, need to test that we are not wasting time. I also believe feeder workout works better when on cycle.
