ive decided I'm going to do a feeder workout for my reardelts every night before bed. I'm in Thailand next week so I'm doing them when I get there also. Has anyone had any experience with these? If so did they worked well for you?

That's good then I did some last night and felt pumped as fuck. What muscle do you do them for ?Amazing. had to stop because I got a tattoo. But am doing them again next week. They are hard as fuck, to get to the 100 rep point. So I usually do 50-70.
