What's everyone opinion on rich p's feeder workouts?

Basically you use ultra light weight but 100 reps on lagging muscles, In addition to your regular training. Rich used 20lb dumbbells for 100 rep db skull crushers for instance
 
That type of training started decades before Rich used it. Can't say many have ever had much luck with it. But learning to endure sets that suck can make it easier to push oneself during other training. I find everything works to a point.
