Hi there!
I'm a woman in her 30s who has been reading the forum and I'm interested. I used to be in great shape and lifted regularly. Now after years of desk jobs I find myself with a mom body and I'm not even a mom! I want to get back in shape and need a little jump start. Would love to talk to other women about their experiences, any advice would be great. Send me a message and let me know if you can point me in the right direction!

Welcome. My wife is about to start her first anavar cycle, if you're still around, I'll have her contribute to the community, and I'll alert you and a few other females I've spoken with to when/where she posts (on here).

If enough women stick around the female community and body of knowledge here could get much bigger, and more specific to individuals stats, backgrounds and goals.

Thanks for tagging me. Yes I'm always happy to help. Start a thread and give your stats and goals...that way everyone sees and adds as we see fit... there aren't enough ladies speaking up but let's change the typical stereotype of steroids and women... we can use many of them safely without any sides...BUT you need to be ready first... so let's start with the basics.

I'm in my 30s and haven't started a cycle yet. I'm like you...just interested. However, my interest has been sparked from the effort I have put in to little avail due to my aging hormones :)
Ive been "natty" or a natural competitor (been prepping anyhow) and I have really struggled as my body is fighting it all the way! It has taken discipline and wear and tear on my joints. I'm glad to have more women speaking about this! I want to try out anavar...if I do I'll document my stats and experience :)

What can I do to speed recovery? My body feels like a train wreck! I've got a hamstring pull/tear (not sure) and my knees and wearing out!

There is lots you can do... food wise... increase your proteins and good fats.

Supplements. ..well I run hgh as well as gear. It has many benefits for fat burning, overall wellbeing, recovery and tissue growth....It definitely pushes you harder but also helps you recover faster.... for joints and other pains...a tiny dose of npp does the trick for me. I always run about 25 to 35mg a week of npp in the winter to help with pain and aches.

There are many options but it all depends what your goals are.

The npp you can start at 25mg a week spread over 2 shots (ex. Mon and wed) ...so the quantity is tiny of each shot...you can go up from there...some of my girls do fine at 50 to 100mg a week... so see how you feel...I do those amounts because I'm only doing it for my joints and pains...if you want more gains such as size and more strength then you can go up.

As for gh... I do 1iu per day and I've been on it for a few years... and I don't think I'll ever stop that. It's cheap for us women as we don't need large amounts
