Long.....I'm too lazy to look it up, but it's >3 days. Going E3D is fine. 1.25 EOD or E3D is plenty....be sure to use nolva with it. letro also takes longer to establish therapeutic plasma levels, so starting about 2 weeks prior to your cycle is beneficial.

thanks, I know nolva is good to keep estrogen levels beneficial for the liver, but I was under the impression that letro and nolva tend to cancel each other out

No. nolva decreases plasma levels of letro (and adex) when they're used together (by roughly 1/3 and 1/5, respectively), but that's insignificant, since doses are used accordingly.
The amount of an AI you'd need to take to prevent the potential for gyno would drop estrogen levels far too low to be beneficial. You want to keep estrogen levels high but just out of range where they cause excessive bloat. The nolva blocks the estrogenic activity at the breast.

cool, well I have been doing 2.5mg femara EOD, and 10mg nolva EOD (on alternating days) was thinking about cutting out the nolva and doing 1 femara ED but I Think I will just keep it as is
