Hi fellas,
I train 3 to 5 times a week, depends which routine im using, currently doing:
MON chest/back/abs
TUE legs/shoulders
WED arms/abs
FRI full body usually 4 sets per 5 or 10 reps for every main exercise per bodypart.
Due to my part as kickboxer I think often about restart fighting but I like weight too and want to keep and gain size.
I'm currently 96kgs 6.3ft 8%bf, one cycle done and started two days ago with the second.
Is there anyone who has done this?
Maybe two times a week fight training and two times a weeks weights?
Do you gain size doing so?
Also can you keep the gains doing just fighting training?
