gonna be running a Test E and NPP cycle. 10 week duration

I would normally follow the rule of Test only for 1st cycle but wanted some NPP for joint relief

Stats are:
49 yrs old
5'6"
198 lbs
bf% who knows?

Trained off and on for many years, always very strict form usually a 5 on, 2 off rotation
1 bodypart per day
Mon-Legs
Tues-Chest
Wed-Back
Thurs-Shoulders
Fri-Arms/abs

Calorie maintenance for me is around 2400/day usually running about 250-300 grams protein. Will be bumping this up significantly!

Currently on 160mg/week of Test E (natural test level was 110ng/dl)

Thinking of running 150mg EOD over my 160mg/week trt dose
and running 75mg eod of NPP simply for joint relief
will be doing bloods a few weeks into cycle, and after cycle on my own (doc will have done them prior to cycle.
I have liquid Arimidex which I will run at .25mg a day from week 2 onward as I am feeling some puffiness even at trt levels.

Not really looking at pct as I will be returning to trt levels after cycle

Any thoughts and inputs appreciated

The 10 week mark is where I start packing on the size. Guess it depends on when you get your labs for trt as for how long you blast right?
 
you got a nice base, but doing a cycle will get you gains and your PCT you will watch your gains go away. you need to research TRT or HRT. no way you'll keep your gains at your age. I'm not being a dick I'm telling you how your body is working. your hormones peak between 25 and 30 depending on genetics. than your hormones slow down and that is why we age. you can either age gracefully or you can fight tooth and nail with TRT or HRT. ;)
 
Believe me HuckingFuge I will be fighting it tooth and nail all the way. I did a cycle when I was 20. Back then it was just some juice obtained from a guy at the gym. PCT was unheard of and no one told you when you came off, that you crashed and lost everything.
If I can keep even some of the gains I will be happy. I could have totally missed it, but I thought PCT did not apply (or at least as much) when you are coming back off and onto your regular trt dose. Hopefully some of the trt guys can chime in.
Pumpin69 thats right...doc has me scheduled for labs every 4 months after next week so that also dictates my cycle lengths
 
Ok man you had me seriously worried...One of the few that I respect on here and I thought I had missed something. Thanks for getting back to me with clarification
 
Finally got the word from my trt doc, that next time I see him will be in June 2015...so finally I am good to go! BUT....I had an idea which I would like to run past you guys.
I have my own homebrewed Test E 200mg/ml made from Chinese raws.
I am trying to check the concentration of the chinese made stuff....I may run this at the exact same dose as what I normally run my trt at. This was in aprox 3 weeks I can see if my test levels are the same, or have fallen from where they currently are at. That way I can more accurately dial in based on what my aas purity actually is.
Tough explaining but hopefully you understand. This will only delay my cycle start for 3 weeks or so and will give me a baseline on what my Test E actually came out at.

I did labmax the homebrew and it does look identical to the pharma I compared it to. This was in a side by side comparison. But I'm certainly am no expert at interpreting labmax results

Yes ...no..or silly idea?

.4ml on Sat, and .4ml on Wed.

I will switch to homebrewed Test E from chinese raws brewed at 200mg/ml
Knowing that chinese raws are notoriously underdosed, I will keep the same pinning schedule and bump it slightly to .5ml Sat and .5ml on Wed.
3 weeks and I will retest to see just how underdosed the chinese raws I have may be.
 
Thanks Marcus. I figure this will at least give me an idea of what to run my homebrew at to give me a fairly accurate dosing...and may give the forum an idea of the purity of one Chinese supplier

when you got the 839 tt reading, do you happen to remember how long after your last pin you had the blood drawn?
 
I would change some of your body part groupings if it was me, I prefer to not train to large parts back to back. For instance
Mon: Chest
Tues: bi/tri
wed: rest
Thur:legs
Fri: delts/traps
Sat: back
Sun: Rest

I also prefer taking one rest day, as opposed to two back to back.
 
@4leafclover ....gonna give your routine a go....change has gotta spur growth! Only thing that messes with me is doing 24hr shifts. We have a gym at work but its limited compared to the workout I can get at the gym

Forgot to update this... I was running 160mg of Pharma test E per week (doc prescribed) which gave me a blood level of 839 ng/dl
Then I brewed chinese raw test E at the same potency of 200mg/ml and ran this for 3 weeks at a level of 220mg per week...blood tests came back at 985ng/dl
both bloods were drawn at 48 hours from pin
This means the raws were roughly 80% by rough estimation
I did a new batch at 20% over potency to adjust for the weakness.

been on cycle now for 2 weeks using this homebrewed test E and NPP
cycle is 520mg test E per week over my trt level of 180 mg/week and 262mg of NPP per week
Dont really see any size gains (although co-workers keep saying I look jacked) and not much as far as strength gains. How long do long esters take to fully kick in to see decent gains?

My caloric maintenance is around 2500 per day and I am at around 4800 cals currently...cant seem to stuff any more in without the heartburn that comes with an overstuffed belly.

Any thoughts though on why the gains are so hard coming?

Work outs have been going balls to the wall and pushing it every work out.
5 days a week with 2 rest days

This first cycle is a learning cycle so I am not going to add anything to it...I want to sort my body out first on these compounds but damn...wish it came easier
