Fill capsules correctly? Which filling material?

Guys, a question, have i to fill compulsorily the capsule ? It's for personal use, can i put only the raw Powder in the capsule ?
You're asking if your can put only powder in, and no filler?

Well. Yes. If you're individually weighing out your dose, and then filling each capsule individually, then sure.

The problem is that a capsule has a lot of space in it, especially if you only want to put in 10mg of powder. If you fill a capsule with your raw powder, then you might end up with 500mg or more of whatever you're filling it with. That's probably going to be really, really bad.

Moreover, most precision analytical balances cost a shit load of money--thousands of dollars new, and hundreds used. If you want to weigh out single doses for each capsule, you'll need a balance that can not only reliably measure to 1mg, +/-.5mg, but something that can weigh as little as 10mg or less at a time. If you're making Arimadex capsules (usually a .5mg dose), you'll need an analytical balance that reads to .1mg, +/-.05mg, and it will need to be able to read just .5mg total. Oh, and the analytical balance will need to be in a climate controlled room, and bedded to protect it from any kind of environmental vibration.

It's far, far easier to use the formulas rather than trying to measure out a single dose for one capsule.

Apprecciated the explanation Bro, It Is the same that i tought, but i asked because it Is going to be for 150/200mg, so It Is Easy on the precision scale

This used to be easier, and then it became illegal to import capsule machines for herbal purpose. Which is a bummer, since I could also use them for making things like kratom capsules (for chronic pain issues). C'est la vie.

Sounds like you have figured it out, personally I like to use the method of geometric dilution in a mortar and pestle, and use a filler with closest mass and grain size as the active compound; protein powder even works.

I like to push to thread because I'd like to ask if you are always use the same powder for the different substances?

Because I can imagine that tadalafil, oxandrolon and so on don't have the same mass and grain size.

Furthermore how do you mix substances like clenbuterol where each dosage should in a size of mcg? (and not mg or g)

In my very limited experience--so take this with a handful of salt--the oral powders are all a very, very fine powder, so you should get similar distribution by using the same filler.

As far as dosages that are measured in mcg (.001mg), you just need to make sure your batches are big, so that being off by +/- 1mg in a measurement on the active ingredient isn't going to create a large variation in the final concentration. You also want to have really solid powder mixers. When I was making my own capsules, I was using a spice grinder-blender to mix powder; that would be inadequate for anything more than a hundred or so capsules at a time. Which, for the home brewer, is quite inconvenient. It's much more convenient to buy those, IMO.

This, BTW, is why fantanyl causes so many ODs. Certain pharmaceutical forms have 100-800mcg, which is potentially dangerous to people without a tolerance. If you're trying to add 100mcg to a 10mg dose of heroin, well, you have to be working at a pretty large scale in order to not kill people if your balance is off by 1mg (1000mcg).
